Zhou Shuchun, executive vice-president of the China Foundation for Human Rights Development (CFHRD), met Yuji Miyamoto, president of the Japan-China Friendship Center, in Beijing on February 24.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on jointly organizing the second "China-Japan Friendship and People-to-People Exchanges" forum and establishing an institutionalized platform for civil dialogues between China and Japan.
