Nine delegates from the China Foundation for Human Rights Development and the China Society for Human Rights Studies attended the 58th session of the Human Rights Council and related events on March 10 in Geneva.

On arrival, the delegation held talks with Heba Hagrass, UN special rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities, and Ruben Escalante-Hasbub, representative of the Global Citizen Foundation in Geneva.

During the 10-day visit, the delegation would extensively promote China's human rights concept, show China's achievements in human rights, and deepen international exchanges and cooperation in the field of human rights by attending meetings, delivering speeches, holding talks, and hosting a side event themed on "The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Human Rights Protection."
