On May 28th, the Health Assistance Fund of the China Human Rights Development Foundation, in collaboration with the Jilin Cancer Rehabilitation Association and other organizations, carried out health science popularization and public welfare donation activities in Jilin.

The event, themed "Heart to Heart, Hope Built Together", aims to enhance the confidence of cancer patients in recovery and promote a positive and virtuous social atmosphere through the popularization of scientific knowledge and public welfare donations.

Popularization of health science on anti-cancer knowledge

During the science popularization session, a pathology expert from the Air Force Military Medical University gave a lecture on cancer rehabilitation. The expert explained the knowledge of cancer prevention and control in a simple and understandable way, patiently answered the audience's questions, and the interaction on the spot was lively. Participants expressed that they had benefited a lot and had a clearer understanding of the knowledge related to cancer rehabilitation.

Public welfare donation conveys warm social care

During the donation session, the Health Assistance fund donated probiotics to 25 post-surgery cancer patients to help improve their postoperative physical condition and promote recovery.

This event not only provided practical assistance to the patients but also accumulated valuable experience for the future development of public welfare projects. The Health Assistance Fund will continue to pay close attention to the needs of cancer patients, promote the implementation of additional public welfare actions, and contribute to the construction of Healthy China.
