2026-03-10

At the beginning of the new semester, a public-benefit film screening event titled “Dream Cinema” was launched on March 9 at Wanda Cinema in Ningde, Fujian Province, bringing a joyful and moving cinematic experience to more than 200 teachers and students from Minzu Experimental Primary School in Jiaocheng District, Ningde.
The event received strong support from the China Foundation for Human Rights Development (CFHRD). Li Hongkui, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CFHRD, along with other officials, attended the screening.
At the kick-off ceremony, Li Hongkui delivered a speech, noting that children are the future of the country. He emphasized that positive and uplifting artistic works serve as essential spiritual nourishment for their healthy and well-rounded development. Helping more children access high-quality films that are rich in positive energy and artistic appeal, and enabling them to experience the warmth of society and the charm of culture, reflects the care and support of all sectors of society for the healthy growth of children.
During the event, students first toured the modern cinema under the guidance of staff and learned about the stories behind film-related IP and merchandise. They then watched Pegasus 3, a hit film from the 2026 Spring Festival. The exciting racing storyline and the protagonist's never-give-up spirit deeply resonated with every young audience.
