Recently, Beijing Sihui Medical Internet Hospital Co., Ltd. donated RMB 10 million to China Foundation for Human Rights Development (CFHRD) to jointly carry out the “Sihui Healthcare Initiative for Public Benefit.” The donated funds will primarily support technological innovation and talent development in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), provide assistance to patients from disadvantaged families, and organize traditional Chinese medicine skills training courses for grassroots doctors. Attendees at the donation ceremony included Li Hongkui, vice president and secretary-general of CFHRD; Qin Liang, deputy secretary-general of CFHRD; Jia Huixia, director of CFHRD’s Project Department; Zheng Yan, council member of CFHRD; Huang Yongwei, chairman of Sihui Medical Group; Long Qilang, vice president of Sihui Medical Group; Guo Jiandong, president of Beijing Sihui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital; Qin Yong, deputy general manager of operations of Beijing Sihui Medical Internet Hospital; and other representatives.

Founded in 2016, Sihui Medical has, after ten years of development, established 10 offline medical institutions and one online internet hospital. It has set up multiple chain medical institutions and operation service centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanning, Zhengzhou, Xi’an, and other cities, forming a multi-scenario medical service system that integrates online and offline services. With the support of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sihui Medical has also established the Beijing Center for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Oncology. To date, Sihui Medical has partnered with nearly 1,000 medical experts and provided high-quality, efficient healthcare services to more than 4 million patients.

At the TCM-themed event of the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) held on September 10, CFHRD and the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine signed a framework cooperation agreement on the “Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance, Innovation and Development Project.” As a key initiative dedicated to advancing the development of TCM, the Sihui Healthcare Initiative for Public Benefit will jointly promote the inheritance, innovation and development of TCM, and better safeguard the people’s rights to health and well-being.
